Has anyone tried freezing the 3 layer kugel? (Potato / Sweet Potato / Zuchini) Want to know if it freezes well?

I did and it freezes ok, wrap it up well and rewarm it before eating

it is not too great frozen because the veggies give off a lot off water when defrosting.
