I made challah dough in Sunday afternoon with fresh yeast. I left over some dough in my fridge for my kids to bake their own mini loaves. Until I remembered about it just now! Is the dough still good for me to bake tonight?
Thanks!

Should be. Give it a sniff test and make sure there’s no obvious signs of mold, etc but I would really expect it to be fine. It may need extra time to rise depending on where it was in the rising process when it went in the fridge.
