Expensive Mother of kalla gown store won’t return dress

I had my dress made in a very high end store in New York. I don’t have a lot of money but I am very petite and couldn’t find anything that in the stores or gemach. I flew to New York few times especially from out of town few times. The dress was beautiful but was shedding through the petals decorations all over people that I hugged. The dress was light colored and it was upsetting. I called the store and they said they are going to fix it for me to wear at another wedding or whatever reason I need it because I paid over 3000. I sent the dress with a prepaid label. After that for over a year they don’t return my calls and messages that I leave with the secretary. I think they should return the dress because I think it can’t be fixed and give me Back part of the money or a store credit. Wwyd?

And this is why I try to avoid certain stores unless I know they for sure have good customer service. So frustrating to spend all that money and get treated that way.

Do you have someone who can go in person to the store and demand an answer? It's harder to ignore someone standing in front of you.

Don't know.

But credit card companies virtually always side with the customer - not the merchant.
