offers logical explanations to reach the conclusion that the Torah is true? Asking for a family member who is having doubts and genuinely wants answers.

No, there is no “proof” that contemporary Ultra-Orthodox Judaism is the only true thing in the world and everything else is false.

She asked about the Torah, not about contemporary Ultra-Orthodox Judaism

Right.
Well, there’s a lot of debate about... everything within the Torah itself. Debate is the foundation of our religion.

Wow. That’s a pretty loaded reply for a book recommendation request.

Not sure which book directly, but rabbi Aryeh Kaplan discusses these things in some of his books. Possibly in “if you were god”

No. If there were one book that proved the truth of Torah, the whole world would believe already.

I've heard several Ohr Samayach rabbis say that there is no 100% proof but enough evidence to make a reasonable decision to believe. That's the spirit to read these books in. Don't expect transformations.
Really, the best book might be Living Legend, the biography of Rabbi Grossman of Migdal Ha'Emek.
