Can anyone please advise what options there are for couples with disabilities, regarding housing and care in or near Yerushalayim. Are there residences for such couples? Does the government provide 24 hour caretakers? All information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There's definitely lots of things like that.
The issue is it can take months or years to apply and be registered as having a disability, unless someone is severely special needs.

There’s loads of options, why don’t you speak to an Aliyah advisor or Chaim V’Chessed.

Aliyah not relevant. They're Israeli citizens. Chaim v'chessed is a great idea. Thank you.
