How many hours total does your just turned 2 year old sleep? Did anyone have a kid drop their nap at this age?

About to turn 2 in a few weeks: about 1.5 hour nap in middle of the day and 11-12 hours at night

On average sleeps 12 hours a night
He dropped his nap right after he turned 2

My kid is 2.5.
Since around 2, some days are nap days and some days are early bedtime days. So we haven't dropped the nap but it isn't consistent either.

2y 4m. Usually 10-11 hours at night. Sometimes she skips her 2-3 hour nap but she really needs it.
