I am iyh due soon and plan on taking 12 weeks after the baby thanks to pfl. On my husbands income alone we would qualify for food stamps for my maternity leave. Will my family leave payments count as income for foodstamps or not?

Quick guess to say yes.
I was laid off at early Covid (March 2020) and applied for food stamps. Later in April the $600 payments were added in. The rep I used (at UJO) later told me they demand to see the full unemployment payments for eligibility. I got lucky and applied right away.
