Anyone have any experience with this as a cure for PANDAS?
The Yeshiva World had a write-up on it.

I would pass on it. It's not enough nutrition for a child's developing brain. If anything, I would cut out dairy, soy, gluten, corn, and heavily limit sugar. Keep foods simple-fruits, vegetables, chicken, meat, eggs, legumes, gluten free grains. This is an anti inflammatory diet, which is what is needed with pandas.
What other treatment are you using? Diet is extremely important but not usually enough for pandas.

eta: Oops, sorry. I made a mistake. I mixed it up with another diet with a similar name.

Was it a write-up or an advertorial?
I know people using essential oils as an adjunct to their pandas treatment, but very few are truly cured using just this. Pandas usually needs to be addressed from many different angles.
