A nice rug, pictures on the wall, pretty curtains. My playroom is also very small but very cute.

A storage closet (double doors with shelves) is most practical for storing toys.
If you want something "prettier" find a second-hand Amoire - people often give these away and
they are polished wood "furniture' pieces.

White cube shelves filled with cute colorful toys is the best look for a minimalist playroom imo. Do toy rotation and the toys that don’t fit into the shelves go into a closet for now.
