What brand do you use that you've actually seen results. Bonus if good for sensitive skin.

Best is rx from dermatologist. its not cheap, and its not covered by insurance, but it is so much stronger than any diluted OTC items.
Price it around
Costco was less than other places. prescription a must
and better not to expose skin to sun when its on, so perfect now for winter
sun is not good with it

Mine was covered by insurance. Why you need it for sure matters.

Sun is strong even when it’s cloudy so saying winter is better is misleading
If you don’t use spf 30 (minimum) everyday your
Skincare routine is completely pointless

seems everyone needs always SPF protection, any season, and dont forget your neck!!
neck wrinkles first
what medical reason would cover retinol?
anyone found a good natural oil (like rose hip etc) with proven results to deminish neck wrinkles?
how do u go to sleep with oil on face/ neck?

By putting it on earlier before bed so it’s seeped in before sleeping
