Anyone have any good recommendations for space planner for Brooklyn? Reno of basement, kitchen etc.
if planner outside of Bklyn that’s fine too many work remotely by sending someone to measure.

She's very good, but not cheap. She charges by the hour, so it adds up. If you're planning to use a designer in the end, its a waste of money to have a space planner and then a designer. Learn from my mistakes

I used Tessler. Very old school, pencil and paper lol but good.

Feel like a designer isn’t going to lay out where everything should be maximizing the most space. How much was she an hour?

Space planner is layout and blueprints only.
Designer includes asthetics and every detail down to furnishing etc…
