I’m looking for a nice place (doesn’t have to be fancy, just nice and clean) for a family shabbos for 40 people. Can be up to 2.5 hrs from NYC. I would ideally like something more in nature so we can go boating or hiking on erev shabbos. We have a Torah so doesn’t need to have a shul nearby. Thank you for your recommendations!

Theres a house in Woodbury, NY (near Woodbury commons and Monroe) that sleeps 40. and its not far from Bear Mountains .

Edited to add. my apologies. doesnts sleep 40. if you take 2 of their mansions in the same vicinity, its 46. Not sure its close enough to each other to walk. I guess its worth a call.
