On Friday I felt very tired all day, like weary behind my eyes. Then at night I could not sleep. I tossed and turned most of the night. I finally took a Tylenol PM and fell asleep closeto morning.

During the day I had terrible pain in my back, upper thighs and arms. Also, my jaws hurt.
I slept a lot. I took 2 Tylenol and my pain went away but now it's returning.

I am not congested or coughing.

That’s how it started for me
Fatigue and achiness all over my body. Went for covid test that day- the rapid was negative so took a PCR
Next day I developed fever and my pcr from day before ended up being positive

Take a home test, if negative, repeat 24-48 hours later. Or get a PCR.

Or the flu. Either way will pass hopefully in 5-7 days.

If the test is positive, then it's covid. There are almost no false positives...

I have no reason to think it's a false positive. I am feeling awful.
