I love the Colugo Complete. Can be folded if the seat is parent or outward facing, slimmer and slightly lighter than the Uppababy, very affordable. There's an insert for infant, and it can be folded with the insert in. Happy to answer any specific questions.

There’s no perfect stroller... nothing works for everything.
I have a uppababy cruz that’s great for outdoors (and my last kid napped in it for over a year at home)
A snap n go that’s for in and out of the car till they grow out of the infant seat
City tour to keep in the car once they aren’t in the snap n go anymore
I have a few kids already and acquired these slowly over the years...
Oh I also have an umbrella stroller that I bought once when my old stroller broke so I needed something temporarily till I’d be able to buy a new regular stroller for various reasons. I don’t use that at all.
