We do a big Tu B’shvat supper with lots of cut-up fruits and dips. This year I’m trying to be really good about not wasting the leftovers. Apples, pears, and the summer fruit are going into crumbles. The exotic/tropical stuff will likely get eaten. I am left with a whole bunch of sectioned citrus (pomelo, pink grapefruit, ugli fruit, navel oranges, blood oranges, and clementines), any ideas of what to do with them?
I’d rather not have to remove the outside of each section (it’s a lot of pieces) but I will if I have to.
Thanks!

I don’t have peels, I have (peeled) sections.

Any salad would be great w those fruit. You can cut them in rounds to avoid having to take off the outer layer.

Dip it in a chocolate fountain, everything is better with chocolate.

That’s pretty much what we did last night.

I have way too much for a salad. It is already in sections.

Squeeze into juice and then strain out the pulp.
