How much taller did your daughter grow after getting her

I have a few questions I am just curious:
How tall was your daughter around the time that she got her period ?
At what age did your daughter get her first period ?
How much taller did she grow afterwards ?

I was 11.5 when I got my period, I grew about 3 inches in the year following and then was done. I'm 5'4".

My dd was also 11.5 when she got her first period, and maybe grew an inch in the year that followed. She's almost 15 now and it looks like she's going to be around, or just under 5' 2"...which is surprising because she was always very tall compared to her friends.

TBH, I was too, and I assumed she'd be at least as tall as I am, but I guess not. *shrug*

Oldest got hers at 10 almost 11. She was 5' at the time. I thought this meant she would be short because everyone told me girls don't grow so much after their periods.

She wound up 5'8", which was what we expected before she got her period so early.

A mother blushpink that is really unexpected, my daughter was 5'1 when she got her period and her pediatrician is telling me not to expect her to grow more than 3 more inches.

I grew an estimated four inches after I got mine. I got it relatively early and am on the taller side.

DD started at 12, and grew 3 inches, which is about average.

I started at 14, and grew about one inch. I think that's average for a late starter. My sister was the same.

I got my period at age 15 and unsurprisingly, did not grow at all after that.

My sister got her period at 12.5. I don't know how much she grew after, but she ended up 2.5 inches taller than me as adults.

Mine got it at 11.5 and around 5’1. She is now 13 has grown 3 inches since then and doesn’t seem to be stopping.

My daughter got her period at 15, and she shot up to 5'5 after that. She was around 5 ft before.

My sister is a doctor, and I've heard from her that often it does, that in some people, growth slows down when they get their period. However, she has seen girls who are irregular, and they continue to grow in months that they skip a period.

I'm one of 7 sisters, and the two shortest sisters got their periods at 11. The taller ones got theirs at 13-14.

My daughter got her period when she was pretty young, and grew a bit more when she was about 12. She's 4'11" now at 15 but we expected her to be short so no one was surprised when she stopped growing just shy of 5 feet.
