Anyone’s son diagnosed with this and needed surgery? What was it like? How old was your son when you did it?

Yes. The doctor noticed it at his check ups and kept watch on it.
At 9 months he sent us to a urologist, who monitored it for another 2-3 months.

He had his surgery right before his first birthday. Was a minor procedure that took about 45 minutes.
Really wasn't a big deal.

Thanks for responding! Was it as traumatic as the bris? What was recovery like?

He was drowsy the rest of the day from the anesthesia.
By the next day he was back to normal.
