I gave from five months never a problem. Their soft so it dissolves easily. I hear that the whole is so babies could eat it. Just like elbows pasta.

Tysm! Good to know. And the baby knows how to chew so young? I feel like it may just go straight down her throat!

Their gums are very very strong. Almost like teeth. They can eat anything soft and chew it.
Also cheerios dissolves.
