Hi! I’m in Baltimore so we have midwinter vacay the weekend of Feb 11, no idea why Baltimore can’t match up with NY and NJ’s Yeshiva week…

We’re planning to go to a relative in Far Rockaway for that Shabbos.

What can we do, regarding day trips, for boys age 16-22? (My little ones will be okay with most anything!)

Since we’re from Baltimore and go to NY regularly, a 1-2 hour drive for a day trip is no big deal for us, so it doesn’t need to be near the Five towns. We plan to sleep in hotels near our trip destinations— wherever those may be!

What on earth would big boys like? And they’re relatively yeshivish, so definitely indoor no water park that doesn’t have separate hours!

As the kids get older, it gets more and more challenging for me to figure out how to entertain them! I’d love to find a major trip for Thursday 2/10 and Sunday 2/13, and a smaller trip for Friday 2/11.

Please help!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

Would they be interested in the indoor ropes course in New Haven, CT? You could leave from far rockaway and sunday morning and take the cross sound ferry to bridgeport, CT. Also, there are places to snowtube around there, too.

If you are more adventerous, you can park your car at JFK and fly from there on JetBlue to Boston. Spend a day or two there.

Thanks!

What’s the ropes course called? I think they’d enjoy that!

Flights are probably too time consuming and pricey for this vacation, but I like your thought process!😀

All the schools and yeshivas and NY and NJ can't even coordinate vacation!
Check out the attractions in American Dream Mall. Lots of options and kosher food.

We like Campgaw. You can start booking 6 days in advance for a 2 hour slot. On weekdays, they have groups until 4pm.
