Based on recommendations from this site, I've been using Artscow to develop my photos and have been very happy with both the quality of the prints and their prices. Now I'm looking to develop photos again and Artscow's prices have shot up: prints cost 15 cents plus the shipping for 300 prints totals $28! Altogether my total is $57.

I've been pushing off the developing of these pictures for awhile, so it would feel good to get them done, but it comes out to 19 cents a print. In today's economy - can I do better? Or should I just click "proceed to checkout"?

I just printed 250 pictures from Snapfish for $20 free shipping with a code from their site. They also offered one for 100 prints but I forgot how much it was.

How is the quality of the prints?

Not the most stunning pics you ever saw but they work well in photo albums and on the fridge etc. Not sure what people use high quality 4x6s for. For bigger pics used to hang up and display and photo books etc I go to a more expensive place but for 4x6s Snapfish looks better than my local ride aids Kodak printer.

I didn't like Snapfish. Artscow has better quality IMO, but not that much better to account for such a huge price difference.

I do Walgreens, pick up in store to avoid shipping. They always have sales.
