I had to Google what 60 F is in Celcius and it is 15... And no short sleeves, sweaters/long sleeve jumpers with a thin jacket.
Baby I still would do a blanket under his/her jacket no winter jacket but just being packed. Also it depends if it's raining if you go like to a dry area which is not windy I would advice u something different.
Safe trip

For in-between weather like that, pack clothes that can be layered.

Yep, layers. It can feel warm, but there could be a cool breeze. The temperatures could drop drastically at night, and then be quite comfy during the day.
I'd go with cotton button down long sleeve shirts, with warm sweaters to go on top. Mid weight skirt with a choice of thick tights or thinner stockings for different temperatures.
Pick one neutral color, like black, navy blue, or brown. Now pick one or two coordinating colors, and only pack things that mix and match easily. Do NOT go outside of your color choices! You will thank me for this.
One pair of dressy shoes, one pair of comfy walking shoes, and a cheap pair of sneakers if you are going to go to the beach.

For nighttime for sure. Even in daytime should be ok but I’d probably do not velour, lightweight but long sleeves, jackets or sweatshirts as needed
