there's a virus going around my house...my children had it 1st. It wasn't flu or strep and Dr. didn't test for covid. I kept my kids away from my 6 week old but I cant keep myself away from my nursing baby! Started feeling sick last night and feeling worse now but didn't get to a doctor yet.
What can I do to avoid passing this to my baby? Pls help a nervous mom!

Don’t put your fingers in your baby’s mouth and maybe wear a face mask when nursing

Nursing is the best thing you can do for your baby!
It will give your baby all the antibodies from this virus of yours
Just try to rest up if you can

Keep nursing. Your breastmilk will have antibodies that can help your baby.
Why didn't your dr test for COVID?
