There's also a low-key Shabbos at Mt. Laurel resort in the Poconos, bring your own food and just pay for the room plus a small amount to be able to use the kitchen. A poster here went last Shabbos and told me she had a lovely time with about 30 other families. Feel free to PM me for the organizer's contact info.
