Dead-sea products - if she's into that (handcreams, body creams, face mask, etc.)

Anything made by a local buisness is hard to get in America. If she goes to the art market in Tel Aviv or the stands by yaffo on the sudsy she can get something unique.
Even if Hodaya ships to the USA it's still a special feeling that someone got it for you when they were abroad.

Same in the other direction btw. You can buy pretty much anything from America in Israel these days.

Don't get me started.....
No you can't. I miss a lot of food items
Also even if you can it's double the price. A contigo bottle here is 25$. So is everything but the bagel spice, or many other things you can get at traders Joe's, target, Walmart for a dollar or two.
Advil and allergy pills you can get in the USA 10 dollars for 365-500 pills. Here it's about 5-10 dollars for 20 pills.
Anything at ikea is at least double the price.
It's great Amazon ships here now but they stop don't ship food.

There's a leather store in geula called Shai. They put your name on everything from a leather siddur to a leather hairbrush. It was very popular for bas mitzvah gifts when my daughter was at that stage

My children loved the food
Oreos
Coca-Cola, with Hebrew lettering-which was hard to find, since it’s cool for the Israel’s to see it in English
I got from an artisan bake shop interesting breads and pastries.
Chocolate, one of each
