I don't have a kugel blade, so I grate the potatoes with regular shredder attachment.
If I want my kugel to be less coarse, more traditional, how can I do that?
Put it through the shredder a few rounds?
S blade?
No point in trying to get a creamer texture?

Excuse my ignorance, as I don’t live Brooklyn, Monsey , or even Lakewood. I have a regular Cuisinart from Macy’s, as opposed to a food processor from a hemish store. What is a Kugel Blade?

I'm assuming the kugel blade is the fine grater. I'd use the regular grater then pulse with the S blade several times (not too much unless you want a puree).
