Can anyone recommend an excellent double buggy for me to buy?

It should have good strong wheels because I walk a lot.
I am also sometimes in a car so it has to be relatively easy to fold.

Please advise me.

Baby jogger Citi mini or city mini gt if you want bigger wheels is probably a good option. Lightweight and folds easily

Inline or side by side?
The truth is what you want is an unicorn. You will have to compromise somewhere. Work out what is most important-if you walk a lot that is more important than the car thing. Also measure your doorways, there's no point owning a stroller that can't get through your front door or any other rooms you might push it into.
Side by sides to consider-mountain buggy duet or baby monster-good wheels and good push and narrow but not so great in and out cars. Wouldn't recommend for frequent car journeys.
City mini double-the basic city mini doesn't have as good wheels but is more narrow than the gt. The gt is better but it is wider, so you would want to make sure it fits. The fold on both is excellent.
There's also the bugaboo donkey but I don't know what your budget is as it isn't cheap. It pushes great and isn't bad to fold-just a bit annoying with all the different parts.
In line strollers include uppababy which is narrower than side by side strollers, but it's bulky and not easy to fold in and out the car.
You might want to consider the city select-it's an inline stroller but the children aren't as tight on top of each other. It is very long though so you have to be comfortable to push a bus.
There's other strollers out there but this gives you a brief overview of the types of strollers available.

Citi Mini
Excellent push, easy to fold, not heavy for in and out

I agree with Citi mini. The citi mini GT has a better push but it's heavier and harder to get into the car. The regular double Citi mini is a pretty decent weight, pushes well enough, and folds easily.

Unfortunately, as others have said, there's no perfect stroller that can do it all.

So let me ask this, I like the push if the mountain buggy.
Is it very hard to get into a car? Any experience?

It's bulky and heavy, so yeah it's a pain to put in and out the car. I wouldn't do it if I was using the car daily. The fold is very large so it takes up a lot of the trunk, and it's heavy to lift in and out. But if you are mainly walking, would recommend it as it is really nice to push.

I never had a mountain buggy, but I remember a friend who doesn't drive telling me - it's my car! Very strong, great push, but HEAVY

I have very little experience with double strollers, but I do know people really like the Valco Neo Twin. I don’t think it’s the most amazing in any one specific category but a good balance between easy fold, lighter, good push, good storage.
