Looking for a recipe for purple cabbage salad ( would be good if dosnt have mayonnaise)

16 oz shredded purple cabbage
3 scallions, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped candied pecans
( I add craisins)
Dressing:
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar - preferably apple cider or red wine
¼ cup maple syrup (not pancake syrup)
1 Tablespoon dijon or spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, scallions and pecans.
Prepare the dressing:
combine all ingredients in a container and shake until smooth and thick
Pour dressing over salad - you may not need all of it, so start with some and add more as needed.
Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated. Serve immediately.
Plan Ahead:
Prepare the dressing a couple of days ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to eat.

Purple cabbage
Can of manderines
Handful of cranberries
Scallions for decoration/colour
Dressing
Half cup sugar
Third cup oil
Quarter cup white Vinegar
Sprinkle salt.
Pour dressing over salad a few hrs before serving so that it soaks in.
