Going thru a hard time after finding out that I was fooled by a stanger on social media. Convincing me long time ago she/he is someone I knew in the past.... shared a lot of private discussions etc... cant calm down yet

oyyy this sounds terribly traumatic... depending on the extent of what was involved, it may help to see a therapist to help process it and work through it...I feel like it could hurt your sense of trust in others, yourself, your ability to be vulnerable etc etc.
Im so sorry. For now, treat yourself like how you would following a traumatic experience- whatever that might be- self care, writing about it, channeling it somewhere etc.
