Anyone have the recipe for apple crumble in the cooking for a crowd section of Evelyn Rose's blue book?? My book is at home and I'm in Israel

I have her red book 'Complete International Guide to Jewish Cooking' and there's a recipe there for apple crumble for a crowd - I presume it's the same one. But it's really long...
