I do this twice a week but don’t have a recipe
I just put on cookie sheet cutlets and bag frozen veggies - green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, sliced peppers, stir fry mix.
Spray with pam
Add spices of choice based on veg used. (Montreal steak seasoning, salt, garlic, zaatar, smoked paprika, soy sauce)
Broil.
Sometimes fresh veggies like zucchini, peppers, red onion, mushrooms, canned baby corn.
