A little while ago I saw a recipe for crispy shallot breaded chicken on kosher.com. I took a screenshot of the recipe title but not of the actual recipe. Now when I try to go back to it, the recipe is no longer on their website. It looks like it was originally published in the whisk (ami) magazine, but I have no idea when. If there is anyone who has this recipe can you please share? It looked really good and I've been wanting to try it. Thank you.

I think it's a recipe by Miriam Pascal. Maybe you can track it down that way.

When I googled the recipe together with Miriam's name I saw it on Pinterest. Not sure if the recipe is actually there as I don't use Pinterest, but maybe you can look that way. Also, it was showing up in on Google as an archive search from Overtime Cook's website. Again, I don't know if that's helpful to you at all, but there are some people who are savvy and are able to recover internet posts that were subsequently taken down.

Ra mom thanks for taking the time to look. I see what you're saying about it being payed on pinterest. I'm not on pinterest so I cash access it. Maybe someone here would be kind enough to look out up?
I also looked through the entire chicken section of her archive but I didn't see it there. Anyone tech savvy who wants to take a crack at it?

I saw it on Pinterest. but the recipe is unavailable. Your best bet is to get in touch with Miriam.
