need a full time sitter in baltimore

Hi. Im looking for a babysitter in Baltimore but only for a few months. Im due this summer, and well be there for the months of July, August, September, and beginning of October, for some business ventures of my husband's. I'm in school so I am not taking any more "leave"/"time off" than is absolutely necessary, because its my responsibility to make up all missed material. Ideally I would like to find like a young girl who is in Maalot or something in the evenings but needs something to fill her days with, or an Israeli "au pair" style set-up. I would prefer someone Jewish, but truthfully, at this point, Im open to anyone who speaks English. If someone would be willing to sleep in the baby's room, wed be happy to have the her live with us. Otherwise, in the apartment we will be renting, we honestly dont have the space to house anyone. Does anyone know where I can begin to look? Ive been trying luach.com, but with absolutely no luck.
