Someone mentioned that she gets GF molino/caputo flour with a hechsher in Israel. My parents will be coming this week and I'd love if they can get me some.
Where can I get it?

Most supermarkets here have it. I've seen in Yesh, Osher Ad and Shaarei Revacha (slightly cheaper).

Osher Ad usually carries it, but they usually start getting rid of Chametz items right after Purim.
Sometimes Sharei Revacha has it
