I bought flaxseed in the grocery on a whim. Anyone have any recipe recommendations?

You can always use ground flaxseed as substitute for eggs in most baking recipes. I belive it’s one tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons of water and let it sit for a bit

No recipe but I use it in oatmeal cookies, granola and add it to my smoothie if I don’t put hemp powder

Iirc I mixed it with breadcrumbs in the past for a healthier schnitzel coating.
Also, I’ve used wheatgerm for chicken patties in the past so can use ground flaxseeds in that place too.
