Dd who is eleven has test anxiety. She is also a perfectionist, and because of this, instead of studying and working harder if the material is challenging she refuses to study at all if it doesn't come easy.
Of course I reassure her all the time, but nothing seems to help.
Looking for resources like books, modalities, or any other suggestions?

My daughter has the same issue.
She used to do well and has been failing lately because of it.
I’m thinking that Bach flower remedies might help with it.

my daughter is younger in a small (I think 10 kids total at this point) so it might not be age appropriate but I think the teacher will reassure her that she just wants to see what she knows, it's ok if she doesn't know everything, I think she'll sometimes ask her the questions verbally... basically it might pay to talk to the teacher and see if she can work something out with you even if just at the beginning to get your daughter on the path of success while you deal with her anxiety. My daughter is in therapy and her teacher knows that.
