What can I do with leftover meatloaf?
If I make sandwiches what should I put on them to make it taste good? Just mayo, ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes?
My family wasn’t so into it so my plan is to doctor it up and hope for the best…

Maybe try wrapping it in puff pastry or some sort of dough? Malawach, or even bread dough. Then bake it into little meat sandwiches.

You can crumble it up and make pasta sauce or sloppy joes

Can you crumble it into a manwich sauce and bring to a bubble, then serve over spaghetti or other pasta?

Slice it on the thick side
Make a glaze and completely glaze the slice
Glaze
Ketchup
Mustard
Sugar
Or you can do bbq sauce and add extra sugar, especially if you have an open bottle that needs to get used
Put in the oven so the glaze baked on to the slices

Thanks everyone. I crumbled it into sauce and served on spaghetti. Got almost all eaten up!
