Not zucchini. It needs to be refrigerated.
Parnsip is ok for a bit but maybe not for a whole week.

Do you have cold basement for the parsnip. I often leave it out over overnight when I don’t have fridge space, but a week seems long

I have a porch for both vegetables. They don't refrigerate the zuchinni in stores

I put mine in the garage. It’s still cold outside.
I’m getting my eggs on the Thursday. I might put them in the garage too until my fridge is ready.

You can keep it on the porch if you live in Brooklyn it's cold enough though it might rain so keep them dry somehow
