There are so many recipes for yapchik. Each recipe calls for a different one. Each one claims "this is the best meat". How do I know which one is really the best meat?

Agree.
If you don't like bones in your yapchik, make that boneless flanken.

Whatever is on sale!
If they all claim that a different one is the best, how bad could any of them be?

I have neck meat how will that do in the yapchik?
Also where do you put the meat? Is it at the bottom, the middle, or mixed in? Should it be prepared at all beforehand?
