If I see a day later that my cake hasn't been baked enough, can I put it back in the oven and bake some more.
Would that work?
How high and how long for?

It won’t work, sorry. But you can slice it thin and toast the slices for a cake version of zwieback—not really worth it IMO—or pour liqueur or syrup over the slices and top with ice cream or whipped cream. Or make a trifle-type of dessert with layers of fruit and whipped cream. Because the cake gets soggy anyway, no one will notice that it’s underbaked.

You can't do that. You can attempt to repurpose the cake into cake pops or a trifle but you can't just stick it in the oven and finish baking.
Cakes are much trickier to get right than main courses because there are so many variables that go into producing the end product - the ingredients; whether you measured accurately; your oven; the pan and just knowing how to judge whether a cake is done.

Make a trifle. Or use it as crumbs for the bottom layer of ice cream cake.
