If you don't need the entire book you may photo copy what you need after Pesach for future use.

I would also like to point out that it's almost impossible for a book to become Chometz. (Have asked LOR this in the past)
Maybe ask your LOR if you can pull out the book?

I was lucky with the first 2 recipes I want.
Im still looking for "Ridiculously Easy Spare Ribs" and "Honey Roasted Red Potatoes" and "Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Squares" though.
Anyone?
