We are making a Bar Mitzvah soon.
I need to put in insert cards with what meals they are invited to or full Shabbos.
We have a bunch of different groups of people for the full Shabbos.
1. Relatives making their own accommodations plan, but coming for whole Shabbos.
2. Friends who will need us to find them accommodations for full Shabbos.
3. Friends who will need to make their own accommodations plan but are invited for full Shabbos.
How should I word the inserts that say what they are invited to?

Maybe have a check off box ...
Just make it super clear so they'll know what they're coming for, need to find accommodations etc..
Personally I'd just invite family for full shabbos and find them accommodations that's a least 15 homes ...
Kiddish lunch for the rest no accommodations provided unless they call me but I couldn't find dozens of homes for fr everyone from out of the area...

All the relatives are staying at a hotel nearby.
There are family friends, though, that need accommodations and some that won't.
