Twin Oaks is North Lakewood, not Toms River. Plenty of people live there.

Clearly I meant the area in Toms River, which is why I put it in the title..
I’m aware of the one in Lakewood. I was asking about the area in Toms River only

I think if she meant Jackson she would have said Jackson, but she wrote Toms River
What part of Toms River is Twin Oaks in?
What are the main cross streets it's near?
