If you need carbs stick to minimal. I cup fiber 1, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup cheerios, a few shibolim everything whole wheat crackers, quinoa etc

Losing weight faster than usual is inherently unhealthy. It is unethical to advise someone on how to self-harm.
Edited to add: this is especially true when someone is desperate to lose weight quickly. That's already a red flag for potential disorder.

Atkins introduction diet for 2 weeks is 20 net carbs a day. But even at 50 net you should be able to lose nicely.

Under 50 grams net carbs and 1200 calories total. Track in MyFitnessPal. Might have to start higher and experiment as you see which foods fit the plan better than others.
