I don't know what to do. My hair is falling out. It's in the shower, in my comb/brush, all over the floor. Everywhere. I cover my hair and it still somehow manages to shed all of over the place. Has anyone else been in this situation? Is there anything I can do to stop it from falling out? TIA!

The dermatologist advised to take biotin for hair loss due to covid - I've seen results.

Biotin is what is most often recommended for hair loss due to nutrition deficiencies. There are also medical conditions that can cause it. A dermotologist is who to see but your regular doctor might be able to help.

A few months after I had covid I lost almost all my hair. Now a few months later it’s mostly grown back.
