2 T cocoa powder

chilled can of coconut bream

Mix with whisk. Serve in bowl with Viennese crunch on top if possible. Mmmmm

Melt one package choc chips , whip up one carton whip and combine.
You can add a little liquor or a bit of coffee dissolved in water. Simple and quick.

I know this is an old thread but I'm low on ingredients and time and want to still make something shabbosdik.

When you say one carton of whip do you mean an 8oz or 16oz package? My regular ones are all 8oz but on Pesach I had a 16oz one and now I don't know what carton means.

Also I searched kosher.com first and there was a recipe that looked just like this but with a cup of confectioners sugar. You don't use any sugar? Zero to one cup is a pretty huge difference and I'm puzzled.

We do it with silken tofu, melted chocolate, vanilla, sugar dissolved in hot water, just blend all ingredients in food processor. Amazing

Do you have a specific recipe for this? It sounds really easy!

I don't have a recipe but I remember it's one package silken tofu, one bar "cow" (elite) chocolate

2 cans of chickpeas and 2 bags of good quality pareve chocolate chips.
1.Open and drain the chickpeas. Save the liquid.
2.Use an electric mixer to beat the liquid until it is fairly firm. It will fluff up just like egg whites.
3.Melt the chips either in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir every minute so they don't burn.
4. Delicately mix it into the egg whites, a little at a time.
5. Put it in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!

Optional extras: 1 spoonful of coffee, or a tiny bit of coconut oil if you like it more creamy. This really is good though.
