Anyone having issues with the new chefman hot water urn?
Water has a metal taste
We boiled and spilled it like 3-4 times alrdy but it still has an aftertaste

I had this issue, I tried filling the urn with bottled spring water instead of sink water and it worked.

I use very filtered water. But water still not good. I cany imagine using bottled water every week.

I experienced the exact same thing! Honestly the replacement they sent seems like it’s the same garbage. The best one still smells. I’ve tried cleaning it with baking soda, lemon juice, vinegar, soap and water. Boiled up repeated pots and dumped. Let it air out. Nothing works. Can’t return it to Bingo anymore bc its way past the return time. Lol the product is so bad that when I asked for a return label to send them back the old one, they said they didn’t want it. 😝
What a waste of money. Seriously ganovim to put a product on the market that is defective.
