I used to have that . Lotrimin helped. Like above poster said “athletes foot” creams. Make her wear cotton tights or socks if possible and change into cotton socks when she gets home from school. Change into open slippers as well. Her feet need to breathe. No socks for sleeping.

My son had for years. Tried everything. I took him to his dr who said soak in apple cider vinegar twice a day. Change socks twice a day as well.
Vinegar can be reused …
This seemed to work so far.
