For order of cutting nails, it's actually pretty easy and you don't need to memorize anything.
There are just three rules:
1) Left to right
2) Skip a finger
3) Finish one hand before moving on to the next
Lay your hands palm down flat on a table to see what "left" and "right" mean in this context. You'll see on the leftmost side your left pinky.
So rule #1: We are counting from your left pinky.
Rule #2: Skip a finger. So now the first nail we are cutting is of our left ring finger.
Skip the next finger, and you reached your left pointer finger. Cut that nail.
Now rule #3: Before we move on to our right hand, we're going to finish our left.
So back to the first nail we skipped: Cut your left pinkie nail.
Skip a finger, and cut your left middle fingernail.
Skip again, and cut your left thumbnail.
Hurray! We finished our left hand. Now move on to the right hand.
It is the exact same pattern. Left to right, skip the first finger (this time the right thumb) and cut the right pointer fingernail. Skip another finger, and cut the right ring fingernail.
Again go back to the first we skipped (the right thumbnail) and cut that.
Skip again, now cut middle fingernail.
Finally we cut the right pinkie nail.
All done!

Do you say asher yatzar every time you use the bathroom or only for Bowel Movement? I got out of the habit of saying Asher yatzar for many years and now I don't remember and really embarrassed to ask.

I believe when there is krias haTorah at mincha (fast days, shabbos) you’d say sim shalom. Otherwise it’s shalom Rav.
A lot of these davening type questions (steps back, bowing, etc) are answered by the instructions in an ArtScroll siddur. Tremendous resource for these kinds of things.

Women don’t kneel in all communities. In my litvish/yeshivish shul, only one woman does.

Regarding nail cutting, I learnt that when cutting nails for Mikvah you do them in order so that you shouldn’t by mistake leave one out, also you can cut fingers and toes when prepping for Mikvah.

I think that this is very shul specific . Shul I grew up in zero women kneeled. Shteibel I davened in as a young married , no women kneeled but some girls who came back from seminary did and people were shocked. Shul I daven in now , we moved , a sprinkling of women do. My friend told me that in her very large Yeshiva affiliated shul, all the women kneel.

The accepted halacha is to say it for both.

About the match- there are diff. shitos. Some hold you cant put it out because you're mekabel shabbos as soon as finished lighting. Others hold you can bec. only mekabel once you make bracha. |
I was taught to do left hand first. Then the right hand.

If I wake up in middle of the night to take care of a kid, can I take a sip of water without washing negel vasser? If I don't have to wash, can I make a bracha on water without washing?

1. First brocho - right at the start
2. When you finish second paragraph ברוך אתה ה' מגן אברהם
3. מודים אנחנו לך
4.end of next paragraph ברוך אתה ה' הטוב שמך נאה להודות.
How to bend:
ברוך - bend your knees
אתה - bow
ה' -slowly straighten up
