Hi!
Looking for pasta recipes (baked ziti, Mac&cheese, lasagna, etc) that can be prepared a week in advance and frozen.
Recipes and tips appreciated.

I find pasta changes texture when it’s frozen. Don’t love to freeze.

I boil the noodles Al dente or one minute under. Then prep just with a bit of extra sauce more than usual. Put the dish together. Cover and when ready take out and bake

I freeze fully cooked baked ziti all the time and it comes out great. Use enough sauce that the pasta is fully covered.

I prep raw and freeze.
Take out of freezer and into oven.

I don’t have any measurements but I frequently freeze lasagna already baked and find it stays great. The way I make lasagna is layer pan with raw lasagna, marinara sauce, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Top layer just has sauce and mozzarella cheese. I bake covered at 350 until noodles are soft and cheese is melted.
