Not all the options are pronounced the same way
If you mean Fay-gee then I’d spell it Faigy.

I say Fay-gee and I like the spelling Faige, but I see most people spell it Faigy.
Love the name by the way, it sounds so soft and sweet.

If it’s fai-guh, I would spell it Faiga. I’ve never heard faigeh

Faige/Fayge is more of an old time spelling.
Nowadays it's almost always Faigy.
